Stellar Heartbeat

Stellar Heartbeat is a pictorial investigation that explores the relationship between matter, light and breathing within the space of the painting.

The series proposes to think of painting not as a static surface, but as a living organism, capable of activating and transforming itself over time.

The works integrate oil painting, glazes and LED lighting systems hidden inside the stretcher. Light does not function as an external effect, but as an extension of the pictorial gesture: it appears and disappears slowly, generating a pulse that makes matter seem to breathe.

In chromatic terms, the series works with energy fields constructed from deep blues, incandescent reds and vibrant yellows, creating tensions between darkness and luminosity.

Stellar Heartbeat seeks to expand the language of abstract painting towards a perceptive dimension where color, matter and light are integrated in the same visual event.

More than representing something, the works attempt to activate an experience: the sensation of being in front of a surface that beats, breathes and transforms.
